Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at becky@briterisedigital.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Digital products or downloadable items
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at becky@briterisedigital.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
